SHIPPING & PACKAGE INFORMATION:

Every package of jewellery from www.ansdhivyam.com will reach your door step in a very durable condition and can be backed by specialized Packing kit. whether or not it's a gold coin, jewellery or solitaire, the item is going to be delivered in a special ANSDHIVYAM box with all the desired certificates and invoice.

 

DELIVERY TO SOMEONE ELSE:

The member should mention the address and make sure to mention other details of the person, who will collect the shipment during the time of purchase. During the time of placing of the order, the member should state the full name of recipient stated in their photo ID (identification) which is approved by the Government. At the delivery destination, recipient needs to provide below are the documents/ID proofs required to receive the product: Ration Card, PAN card, Driving License, Voters ID, Passport

 

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS:

Delivery address can be changed only before the product is shipped, Once the order is shipped, the member can’t change Delivery address So user is advised to ensure the address details before proceeding to purchase.

 

IF UNAVAILABLE RECIPIENT:

If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, courier service company will attempt to deliver the products(s) for a maximum of three (3) times. If recipient(s) are still not reachable/ available, the product(s) will be returned to www.ansdhivyam.com. The price of handling and re-shipment during non-delivery to the Member will be added in the next shipment.

 

APPEARANCE:

Some product(s) may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and some photography techniques. Sometimes the product(s) are also represented larger than the particular size so as to obviously show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire product. The company may not be liable for any proceeding on this account.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

There is a possibility that the product ordered may not be available and since it absolutely was listed on the web site and/or App, the customer shall receive a full refund.

 

PRICE VARIATIONS:

            All Jewels such as Gold, Silver, Diamond, Platinum or the other valuable with or without precious or semi-precious stones that are billed will fall within the scope of GST as per the current regulations of Government of India.

 
The cost of the jewel includes the physical content of Jewels, designing cost and making charges together with the wastages. ANS DHIVYAM has every right in determining the value/cost of the product/item. These costs shall be brought up as ’Value Added Charges’.
