Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we dispatch the order from our end, and you receive an " Order Shipped" Confirmation. Upon cancelling orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded to the Dhivyam Wallet or credited as vouchers. However, we would not be able to accept the cancellation of Gold coins/bars, frames, customized jewellery, gift cards and loose solitaires under any circumstances.

The cancellation of orders that are paid via digital wallets like amazonpay, paytm wallet or online vouchers or gift cards will not be refunded to your bank account. It will be credited to Dhivyam Wallet only and can be used for future purchases. may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order. may, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel any particular order. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled or refused are

  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.


Refund Policy

Refunds for payment made through debit/credit cards/net banking will be processed by reversal of the same transaction. This would take around 10-15 working days.

For faster COD Payment Method refunds, we have introduced RazorpayX. RazorpayX is a quick mode of refund wherein you enter your bank or UPI details to receive your refund amount instantly. Below are the steps to receive a refund through RazorpayX links.

You will receive a Refund Payout link from RazorpayX. If the payout link is not used before it expires, then the refund will be credited to your Dhivyam Wallet

Here are the steps involved:

  • A payout Link shall be sent to your contact number and email ID.
  • You must open the link and complete verification via OTP.
  • You must then provide bank account details where you want to receive the refund. The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account

Return/Refund/Exchange is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and verification of product documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate. Refer Return/Refund/Exchange edibility criteria

In case, any freebies were received during the original purchase, the exchange/refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the freebies as applicable (unless freebies are returned).



  • Customer can return/exchange an item if damaged/unsatisfied products. We accept genuine faults and we hope return facility is not misused.
  • Gold Coins, Customized jewels or Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a jeweller or anyone other than company) will not be eligible for return.
  • If any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a jeweller or anyone other than company) then we reserve the right to change the amount of product.
  • If the customer receives a defective product or unsatisfied with the product a ticket should be raised for return/refund/exchange request in their user accounts dashboard within 72 hours of the date of receipt.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange.
  • Product along with Certificate and Invoice are subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.
  • If the certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the cost of re-certification. Else return process shall be void.
  • If the original purchase includes any Coupons, Discounts or Promo Codes then the amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes will be added in their account wallet or vouchers.
  • The refund will be initiated within 14 Days from the product received and quality checks done.

  2. We shall provide a specialised packing kit for return of products.
  3. Pack your product securely along with invoice and original certificates.
  4. User are advised to note down the shipment tracking number.
  5. Please take a video while packing & sealing the bag for your reference and safety along the shipment tracking number.
